His extensive experience as a club operator, developer, consultant, and athlete fuels his passion for delivering high-quality fitness services. Michael's innovative approach to fitness as a form of medicine is a cornerstone of PHiiT WERx.
With an MBA and two decades of experience managing growth and sustainability in organizations, Kristi Smith focuses on creating scalable, sustainable systems within PHiiT WERx. Her expertise in Lean Enterprise and her enthusiastic approach to the PHiiT WERx project make her an invaluable leader, committed to fostering a stable and health-focused community.
