No. All memberships are individual.

Of course! If you're on our month-to-month plan, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. However, if you've opted for our annual commitment plan, please note that you're committed to the full term of the agreement and cannot cancel until the commitment period is completed. We offer this option for those seeking additional savings and long-term benefits.

To obtain a PHiiT WERx membership, individuals must be at least 18 years old to join independently. However, we do accommodate minors on a very limited basis. For minors to become members, we require a meeting with both the minor and their parent/guardian to assess eligibility. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, adhere strictly to the exercises approved for their age and skill level, and remain under the supervision of their parent or guardian throughout their visit. Email us at [email protected] if you'd like to talk about your minor using the gym.

We offer a variety of fitness and lifestyle medicine programs, including weight loss, strength training, yoga, nutrition counseling, and stress management. All Access Plus members enjoy unlimited access to both in-person and virtual classes, allowing for ultimate flexibility and convenience.

For personal training or group classes, wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and for certain classes like Tai Chi, you may want to bring a towel or mat. Your instructor will let you know if any additional equipment is needed.
